What Characters Can You Find?
Before deciding whether a collection is worth adding to your shelf, it helps to understand what you can actually discover. The Minecraft Mystery Eggs TUBBZ range contains nine Standard characters, two Rare characters and one Ultra Rare variant.
| Rarity | Characters and Variants |
|---|---|
| Standard | Steve, Alex, Creeper, Skeleton, Zombie, Pig, Snow Golem, Wolf, Chicken |
| Rare | Enderman, Wither Skeleton |
| Ultra Rare | Snow Golem variant |
This gives you a mix of familiar Minecraft characters, creatures and mobs. The line-up also gives you more than one way to approach collecting. You could focus on completing the entire set, collect your favourite characters or simply enjoy opening the eggs without worrying about completing every entry.
Why the Mystery Element Makes Collecting More Fun
One of the biggest differences between Mystery Eggs and traditional figures is the reveal. When you buy a specific toy or figure, you already know which character you are getting. With a Mystery Egg, you have to open it first. That small change can make the experience feel more exciting. You might be hoping for Enderman but discover Alex instead. You might already own Snow Golem and then discover the Ultra Rare variant. Every opening creates a moment of anticipation.
It Turns Each Opening Into Part of the Collection
With standard character merchandise, most of the excitement happens before you buy. You choose the figure, take it home and add it to your display. Mystery Eggs move some of that excitement into the collecting process itself. You do not just collect the finished figures. You collect the memories of discovering them, too.
Are the Rare Characters Worth Hunting For?
The Rare category features Enderman and Wither Skeleton. Both are recognisable Minecraft mobs, so they can add extra variety to a collection that already includes the Standard characters.
Enderman
Enderman is one of the most recognisable mobs in Minecraft. Its distinctive appearance makes it an interesting addition to a collection filled with familiar characters. As a Rare discovery, finding an Enderman can also become a milestone in your collecting journey.
Wither Skeleton
Wither Skeleton brings a darker mob into the Rare line-up. Its appearance contrasts nicely with brighter characters such as Snow Golem, Chicken and Pig. For collectors who enjoy Minecraft mobs as much as its main characters, Wither Skeleton gives the collection another character to look out for.
What About the Ultra Rare Snow Golem?
The Ultra Rare find is a special Snow Golem variant. That makes it different from simply finding another character. The Standard line-up already includes Snow Golem, while the Ultra Rare version gives collectors another version to discover. For anyone trying to complete all 12 characters and variants, this distinction matters. You will want to keep the Standard Snow Golem and Ultra Rare Snow Golem as separate entries on your checklist.
Who Will Enjoy Minecraft Mystery Eggs TUBBZ?
The collection can appeal to several types of collectors.
Minecraft Fans
If Minecraft is already part of your gaming life, the collection gives you another way to enjoy familiar characters. You may already have Minecraft toys, figures or other gaming merchandise. Adding TUBBZ gives your display a different style without moving away from the world you already enjoy.
TUBBZ Collectors
If you already collect TUBBZ, Minecraft Mystery Eggs provide another format to explore. The mystery format also works differently from simply buying a specific character. It gives you another type of collecting experience while still fitting into a wider TUBBZ display.
Mystery Collectable Fans
Perhaps you simply enjoy the excitement of opening something without knowing what is inside. In that case, the Minecraft theme gives the mystery format an extra purpose. You are not just collecting random characters. You are working towards a recognisable set.
Is Completing the Full Collection Difficult?
That depends on how you approach collecting. The collection contains 12 characters and variants, so completing it requires you to discover the full line-up. Because the format is based on mystery reveals, duplicates can become part of the process. There are no stated character-opening odds that guarantee when you will find a particular Rare or Ultra Rare character. That means you should not assume that opening a specific number of eggs will guarantee Enderman, Wither Skeleton or the Ultra Rare Snow Golem variant.
Instead, think of completing the collection as a longer-term collecting goal.
Keep a Checklist
A simple checklist can make the process much easier. Mark each character when you discover it and keep Standard, Rare and Ultra Rare entries separate. This is particularly important for the two Snow Golem entries. Once your checklist starts filling up, you will have a much clearer idea of what remains.
What Should You Do With Duplicates?
Duplicates are one of the realities of mystery collecting. Rather than seeing them as a problem, you can give them another purpose. Keep them as spares, use them in another display or pass them on to another Minecraft fan. You could also explore suitable collector communities for trading, depending on the community and platform you use. The important thing is not to let a duplicate take away from the excitement of discovering a new character.
How Good Are They for Display?
One of the biggest advantages of the collection is that the characters are easy to work into a wider display. You could arrange the collection by rarity, character type or Minecraft theme. For example, create an Overworld-inspired display featuring Steve, Alex, Pig, Wolf and Chicken. Add Creeper, Skeleton and Zombie to bring in some familiar mobs. Enderman and Wither Skeleton can then add the Rare element. If you discover the Ultra Rare Snow Golem variant, you can position it alongside the Standard Snow Golem to show the difference between the two.
Should You Keep Your Mystery Eggs TUBBZ Together?
There is no need to keep the collection in one fixed arrangement. A smaller display can focus on your favourite characters. A larger setup can include all 12 entries. You could also combine the Mystery Eggs characters with other Minecraft toys and figures. The duck format gives you an opportunity to create a display that mixes traditional Minecraft merchandise with something a little more playful.
The result can feel more like your own Minecraft-inspired shelf than a standard character line-up.
How Do Minecraft Mystery Eggs Compare With Buying Individual Figures?
The biggest difference is choice versus surprise. Buying an individual figure lets you select the exact character you want. You know what you are getting before you buy it. Mystery Eggs take the opposite approach. You trade some control for the excitement of discovery.
| Mystery Eggs TUBBZ | Individual Figures |
|---|---|
| Character is a surprise | Character is known before purchase |
| Adds mystery to collecting | More direct way to collect specific characters |
| Duplicates can occur | You choose the exact figure |
| Includes Standard, Rare and Ultra Rare discoveries | Usually focused on a specific character |
| Encourages checklist-style collecting | Useful for targeted collections |
Neither approach has to replace the other. You can enjoy Mystery Eggs while also collecting individual Minecraft figures and other merchandise.
Are Minecraft Mystery Eggs TUBBZ Good Gifts?
They can make an entertaining gift for Minecraft fans because the recipient gets two experiences in one. First, there is the anticipation of opening the Mystery Egg. Then there is the surprise of discovering the character inside. They can also work well as smaller additions to a larger gaming-themed gift. If someone already collects Minecraft toys or figures, a Mystery Egg can add something unexpected to their display.
For younger fans and adult collectors alike, the mystery format can make the gift-opening experience more engaging.
Tips for Getting More From Your Collection
If you decide to start collecting, a few simple habits can make the experience more enjoyable.
- Keep a checklist. Track all 12 characters and variants so you know exactly what you have.
- Separate duplicates. Keep spare characters together so you can decide what to do with them later.
- Display your favourites. You do not need to wait until the collection is complete before putting your characters on display.
- Remember the variants. The Standard Snow Golem and Ultra Rare Snow Golem variant are separate entries.
- Enjoy the reveal. The mystery is part of the appeal, so do not let completing the set become the only goal.
Are Minecraft Mystery Eggs TUBBZ Worth Collecting for Serious Collectors?
If you collect based on rarity, completeness or display value, there are several elements to consider. The 12-character and variant line-up gives you a defined collection to work towards. The Rare Enderman and Wither Skeleton add harder-to-find characters, while the Ultra Rare Snow Golem variant gives you another target.
The format also adds a collecting challenge that you do not get when every character is purchased individually. For serious collectors, the main attraction is likely to be the combination of a known line-up and an unpredictable discovery process.
Are They Worth Collecting If You Only Want Your Favourite Characters?
This is where your collecting style matters. If you only want one specific character, buying a mystery product means you cannot choose exactly what you receive. A targeted collector may prefer individual character merchandise instead.
However, if you enjoy the process of discovering characters and are happy to build a collection gradually, the Mystery Eggs format offers something different. It is less about getting one specific figure and more about enjoying the journey towards a wider collection.
Final Thoughts
So, are Minecraft Mystery Eggs TUBBZ worth collecting? For fans who enjoy Minecraft, mystery collectables, and playful character figures, there is plenty to enjoy. The collection gives you 12 characters and variants to discover, including Rare Enderman and Wither Skeleton and an Ultra Rare Snow Golem variant. The biggest appeal is the combination of familiar Minecraft characters and genuine mystery. You know what collection you are working towards, but you do not know which character will appear when you open the next egg.
That makes every discovery part of the experience. Whether you want to complete all 12, hunt for the Rare characters or simply add a few Minecraft TUBBZ to your collection of toys and figures, the Mystery Eggs give you a fun way to collect.
The real question is simple: which Minecraft character will you find next?
