I ordered this as a collectible and was disappointed by the condition it arrived in. There were noticeable defects present on delivery. Customer service acknowledged the issues but dismissed them as “very minor,” without taking responsibility for quality control.
The only option provided was a full return, which is not a reasonable solution for an item that arrived defective. For a licensed collectible, this level of QC and support response is unacceptable.
I’m posting this review to share my experience and to caution other customers about the risk of receiving a flawed item with limited support options.
