What Is the Tokyo Revengers TUBBZ Collection?
The Tokyo Revengers TUBBZ collection brings two central characters from the anime into the signature TUBBZ style. Instead of appearing exactly as they do on screen, Takemichi and Mikey have been transformed into cosplaying rubber ducks while keeping their most recognisable character details. That means you still get the familiar look of each character, but with the playful twist that makes TUBBZ so different from standard anime toys and figures. The collection has been designed by Numskull Designs and is officially licensed Tokyo Revengers merchandise. You can therefore enjoy the character details while also adding something a little more unusual to your collection.

Why Collect Mikey?
Mikey is a strong choice if you want one of the most recognisable Tokyo Revengers characters in your collection. He also makes sense as part of a two-character display with Takemichi. For collectors who like to pair characters from the same franchise, the two TUBBZ create a simple starting point for a wider Tokyo Revengers display.
Three Ways to Collect Tokyo Revengers TUBBZ
One of the best things about the collection is that you are not limited to one format. Both Takemichi and Mikey are available across three TUBBZ editions.
Here is what you need to know about each option.
Collector's Edition TUBBZ
The Collector's Edition offers the classic TUBBZ display experience. Each character comes presented in branded bathtub packaging, giving the collectable a distinctive look before you even get to the figure itself. This format works particularly well if you enjoy display pieces and want your TUBBZ to become a noticeable part of your collection.
The bathtub packaging is also one of the details that makes TUBBZ instantly recognisable. It adds another layer of character to the display rather than simply acting as standard packaging.
Boxed Edition TUBBZ
The Boxed Edition gives you another display-friendly option. Takemichi and Mikey are presented in stackable window boxes featuring official artwork. The window design lets you see the collectable while it remains inside the box. That can be useful if you prefer keeping your figures packaged or want to create a neat shelf display.
The stackable format also gives you flexibility. You can display the characters side by side or build them into a larger TUBBZ collection.
Mini Edition TUBBZ
Prefer smaller collectables? The Mini Edition gives you a compact alternative. Takemichi and Mikey are recreated at approximately 2 inches, or 5cm, tall. Their smaller size makes them easy to display on desks, shelves, gaming setups or other spaces where a larger figure may not fit.
Mini TUBBZ can also be a good way to start collecting. You can enjoy the characters without needing a large display area.
Takemichi vs Mikey: Which TUBBZ Should You Collect?
Choosing between Takemichi and Mikey may come down to which character you connect with most. Both bring something different to the collection. Takemichi represents determination and loyalty. His character is closely tied to the desire to protect the people around him and change the future. Mikey has a very different presence. As a founding member and leader of the Tokyo Manji Gang, he brings a stronger sense of authority and recognition to the collection.
If you cannot choose, there is an easy answer. Collect both. Displaying Takemichi and Mikey together gives you a simple two-character Tokyo Revengers display. You can then decide whether to collect both characters in the same TUBBZ format or mix and match the editions.
How to Start a Tokyo Revengers TUBBZ Collection
Starting a collection does not need to be complicated. The current range gives you a clear place to begin with Takemichi and Mikey.
- Start With Your Favourite Character: Think about which character you would most like to see on your shelf. If Takemichi is your favourite, start there. If Mikey stands out more, make him your first TUBBZ. There is no wrong way to collect.
- Choose Your Preferred Format: Next, consider how you want to display your TUBBZ. The Collector's Edition suits fans who enjoy the classic TUBBZ bathtub presentation. The Boxed Edition works well for boxed displays, while the Mini Edition is ideal when space is limited.
- Build Around Your Existing Collection: Your TUBBZ does not need to sit alone. You can place Takemichi and Mikey alongside other anime toys, figures and collectables. This is especially useful if you already have a mixed fandom display. The duck format gives the collection a consistent visual style while letting different franchises sit together.
How to Display Your Tokyo Revengers TUBBZ
A good display can make even a small collection feel more complete. With Takemichi and Mikey, you have several simple options. If you have both characters, place them next to each other to create a dedicated Tokyo Revengers section. This immediately makes the connection between the two characters clear. For a wider anime display, position them alongside your other anime toys and figures. Their unusual duck design can help break up rows of traditional figures.
The Mini Editions are especially useful for smaller spaces. Try placing them on a desk, bookshelf or gaming setup where you can see them every day. If you prefer boxed collecting, the stackable Boxed Editions can help create a tidy display while keeping the characters visible through their window packaging.
What Makes Tokyo Revengers TUBBZ Different?
There is no shortage of anime merchandise available to collectors. So why choose TUBBZ? The answer comes down to the combination of character recognition and playful design. Takemichi still looks like Takemichi. Mikey still looks like Mikey. However, both have been transformed into the signature TUBBZ duck shape. That creates something different from a conventional action figure or statue.
This is where TUBBZ can add personality to a wider collection. You can enjoy familiar characters in a format that feels fun, unusual and instantly recognisable. For collectors of toys and figures, that difference can make a TUBBZ an enjoyable addition rather than simply another version of the same character.
Are Tokyo Revengers TUBBZ Good for Anime Collectors?
They can be a particularly fun choice if your collection mixes traditional figures with more unusual merchandise. The current range gives you two recognisable Tokyo Revengers characters and three different formats. That makes it easy to choose an option based on your available space and preferred display style.
The officially licensed designs also retain the character details fans expect, while the TUBBZ transformation gives them a fresh visual identity. If you already collect Tokyo Revengers merchandise, Takemichi and Mikey can add another style to your display. If you are new to collecting, they offer a simple way to start.
The Future of Your Tokyo Revengers Collection
The current collection gives you Takemichi and Mikey as a starting point, but building a collection is often about more than buying one figure. You can begin with your favourite character. Then add the second character to create a duo display. From there, you can decide whether you want different editions or want to expand into other TUBBZ franchises. That flexibility is part of the fun. You can keep your collection focused on Tokyo Revengers, build a wider anime display or mix characters from different fandoms.
Conclusion
The Tokyo Revengers TUBBZ collection brings Takemichi Hanagaki and Manjiro Sano into a completely different kind of display. Both characters keep their recognisable details while taking on the playful look of a TUBBZ cosplaying duck. You can choose from Collector's Edition, Boxed Edition and Mini Edition formats, depending on how you prefer to collect and display your figures. The Collector's Edition brings the classic bathtub presentation, the Boxed Edition offers stackable window packaging, and the Mini Edition gives you a compact option at approximately 2 inches, or 5cm, tall.
Whether you are a dedicated Tokyo Revengers fan, an anime collector, or simply looking for something different to add to your toys and figures, Takemichi and Mikey make a fun place to start. So, which one will join your collection first: Takemichi, Mikey or both?
