Looks cool, but never received with order

Ordered a Cardinal Copia Duck recently, and was surprised that there was supposed to be a pin with it per the receipt. I didn't see anything else in the box. A little disappointed as I do love me some enamel pins.

They never sent me the pin!!

TUBBZ had a promo where they would send you a pin with your order. My order included no pin. Here's there response:

"So sorry about that. If you place another order with us, please let us know, and we'll include one with that"

I responded:

"Usually if an item is missing from the original order, it would be sent out individually. I’ve never been asked to place a new order so the original missing item can be included. If Tubbz is going to run a promotion and cannot fulfill their end of the bargain, I doubt it will be fulfilled a second time."

I have not heard back from them. Beware of their promotions! It's a scam.
