Quacks in the Wasteland! Fallout TV TUBBZ Have Landed

The Story

Maximus

The Ghoul 

Then there is The Ghoul, the wandering gunslinger shaped by decades of harsh wasteland living. His long coat, wide-brimmed hat, and scorched, wrinkled skin creates one of the show’s most unmistakable silhouettes.
