So while my order was delayed a little, within 24 hours of me posting my previous 3 star review, someone from the team responded, and my order was sent out shortly after, and is now set for delivery today. I appreciate their swift response, and even though the initial estimate for shipping was incorrect, they made it right. Kudos to Tubbz customer support team.

I have purchased many items from international companies and never paid as much as I did with tubbz for shipping. The packaging was poor and the tracking was just as bad. When I contacted customer service the responses felt like they really don't care. Basic customer service requires that you take responsibility and address the customer's concerns. The responses I received were just excuses. At no time did they ask for more information or even express concern. I guess I learned a valuable lesson and will never purchase from tubbz again.

Once again my order has arrived in perfect condition and they look amazing. I cannot understand how they can sell them for less than their poor quality competitors. I already have my next order lined up.
Completely pointless.
Will only appeal to the same people who waste money on funkopops and never get them out of the box.
If you actually want to use them in a bath their too top heavy and the heads cause them to sink of topple over.
Wasted £15 for another piece of jumk on the shelf.

Purchased an XL tubbz planning to keep it boxed and display it only to have received it damaged. Thankfully after reaching out to the tubbz team they were able to assist in getting a replacement and have it shipped in under 48 hours. The product was pretty good looking to me. Maybe some paint rubbed off the tail and was flopping around when shipped but it wasn't that much of a problem.
Great addition to the collection lots of great detail, a must buy for any stormtrooper fan or tubbz fan alike.
