I found out about Tubbz ducks a few months ago and I have to say that they have been the perfect gift to give to my girlfriend and her daughter as part of the payday gifts that we get each other at the end of a month.
The variety of ducks is amazing, I have never had an issue with deliveries and the quality of the ducks has always been amazing.
With that in mind, it is a no brainer that I will continue to buy from the guys at Tubbz for the foreseeable future.
My partner and I discovered Tubbz at MCM Comic Con this year and loved their idea! We bought the chucky, mike myers, grinch and spike. For christmas this year, I decided to try out their mystery boxes fro a bit of fun! I ordered 5, eagerly opened them when they arrived, and was devistated to find that 4/5 of the mystery ducks were duplicates... not 2 or 3 - 4! I emailed immediately, but have received no reply at all. I am totally sure that I won't receive any kind of swap, return or resolution to this problem, as I have seen I am not the only person who has been disappointed in this way. DO NOT ORDER MULTIPLE MYSTERY TUBBZ!
I'm pretty gutted as I know they're a smaller up-and-coming company, and I adore the idea and designs. I'm unlikely to order again.
Some advice to the company - if you have tonnes of the same duck, maybe separate them into categories to avoid this kind of issue??
I'm thrilled to have found this site! I've collected duckies for years and your collection is really top notch in quality and selection. I love that you can get in on the first edition items with a pre-sale. Who doesn't want your duck in a tub! I also adore the mini options/versions. I had to get both versions of the Creature from the Black Lagoon for my collection. I'm hoping a variety of Alien xenomorph ducks come out!

I've been visiting Tubbz for a good few months now to get little payday presents for my girlfriend and her little girl and I can say that I have not been disappointed yet.
The range of ducks is really good, the prices are very reasonable and I can definitely say that I haven't had issues with delivery either.
All in all, I've been very happy shopping on here and will continue to do so
My ducks came in perfect condition thanks to the great packaging. Love the fact that they don't post till all your order is ready..my order was one in stock and another on pre order. With it coming altogether I did not have to wait in twice for the postman.
Pardon the pun, but I LOVE my ducks. I preordered with ease and they arrived like 2 days after they went live. Brilliant quality and communication is really good with Tubbz. I plan to buy Lucifer as soon as he drops, but will also be looking to buy many, many more!!
My superman tubbz looks fantastic. Very pleased with it and with delivery speed. Great price too.

I love my duck, knocked off a star cause the packaging is dented. I would’ve hoped knowing items like this are mainly for adults for display, it would’ve shipped in a box to minimize any damage. Instead if was shipped in an envelope so the plastic outer ‘tub’ has a dent, I opened it to pop the dent out, but it’s still visible.
This was the first time I had ordered from Tubbz. I ordered the item for a friend in Texas. Everything went smooth. Got the Jaws Quint figure at a good price, shipping was reasonable, and came quickly, quicker than I thought. I will definitely order from Tubbz again when an item comes up that I am looking for. Thank you again.

So while my order was delayed a little, within 24 hours of me posting my previous 3 star review, someone from the team responded, and my order was sent out shortly after, and is now set for delivery today. I appreciate their swift response, and even though the initial estimate for shipping was incorrect, they made it right. Kudos to Tubbz customer support team.
