I had a quick delivery. But had 3 damaged boxes out of my order after spending £130 so wasn't very. Contacted the customer services and they said said I'd have to send them back for a refund then buy again
Whole lot better experience than Amazon. I originally ordered this on Amazon and never received after a month, so I came to the manufacturer’s website. My only complaint is price for shipping.
Easy to order and delivered without any issue, the detail on these little ducks are amazing and i have a nice collection so far, will be buying more.
Pennywise by far is my favorite one. He has such a great detail to him, but all of them are amazing. I love them so much and I will continue to buy from here!!!!

I was originally ordering from a different site, and had to wait 6 months, then was told it would be another 6 which meant they would not arrive in time (as using for gifts). Ordered direct (which I will do in future) and no hassle, no delay and arrived beautifully packed.
In all the time that I have been buying Tubbz ducks, I can say that they have always been easy to order, have always arrived in great condition and I have never had to contact them about any orders that I have made.
With that in mind, I will definitely continue to order from these guys, especially with all the new and awesome looking ducks that are coming out.
Stop making so many great characters! 😊The quality and detail are amazing my Resivor Dogs Mr.Blond and Mr White look exactly like the actors but in duck form and Mr blond with the ear in his hand! 😎just fantastic!! The minis are too cute.l'll definitely be getting more!
I'm loving the three Hazbin Hotel mini ducks I purchased! All of them arrived safely and were well packaged. They look great on display. I hope we get Husk soon, so I can add a big duck version and mini duck version of him to my collection!
Product well packaged and shipping was pretty fast, loved the free duck pin!💕 would buy again in the future
The details and quality of the ducks was great. My only issue was the package was damaged during shipping so the box on Alastor was squished and had water damage. This was shipped overseas so it is understandable that this stuff happens.

In all the time that I have been getting ducks from these guys, I have to say that I have never had an issue from ordering all the way through to the delivery process.
With that in mind, I will continue to buy from Tubbz for the foreseeable future, as the ducks that I have bought for my other half and her daughter have always been great quality and well received by them.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with TUBBZ, and I would not recommend ordering from them.
Their website clearly states delivery within 3–6 business days, but my order wasn’t even shipped until 4 days after I placed it. That alone already pushed the timeline beyond what they advertise. Once it finally shipped, there was zero effort from the company to address the delay or provide any real support.
When I contacted customer service, I was basically brushed off. I was told there was “nothing they could do” and to just keep tracking the package. No accountability, no attempt to make things right, and no option for a refund—even though they failed to meet their own stated delivery expectations.
What made this even worse was their complete lack of professionalism afterward. When I tried reaching out through social media after they stopped responding to my emails, they blocked me on Instagram and TikTok instead of addressing the issue. Blocking a paying customer for asking about their order is unacceptable.
This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Misleading shipping timelines, unhelpful support, and outright ignoring customers is not how a legitimate business should operate. Proceed with caution if you’re considering ordering from them.
Love the detail on the products. Would love a larger horror line-up with new figures/characters. Also would like to see the figures shipped in a more protective manner so the first edition tub can’t crack or be scuffed as much.
I got this as a gift for a person. Initially it was pre-ordered until April. Im glad it shipped early and I was able to gift it before I missed the chance.
